Apply for a Passport (ECOWAS Passport)
Complete the online form with your personal details.
You’ll be redirected to the payment provider where applicable.
Book an appointment at your chosen center.
Operating hours differ by location. Please confirm the opening/closing time for your selected center during scheduling.
Print the completed Application Form and Confirmation Page
Attach supporting documents, and appear in person on your appointment date. At the center, your photo, fingerprints, and signature will be taken.
For applicants abroad: provide a prepaid, self-addressed Express Mailing Envelope for return delivery.
No other envelopes will be accepted.
New Passport Application
Start a fresh application and finalize at your selected Passport Application Center.
Passport Renewal
- For applicants living in countries without a Liberian Passport Application Center.
- Applicant must be 18+ years at the time of last in-person application.

All application fees are non-refundable and subject to change by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
