Document Authentication & Attestation Services

The Embassy of the Republic of Liberia in Japan provides document authentication and attestation services for Liberian citizens and foreign nationals requiring official verification of documents for use in Liberia.

Document authentication confirms the genuineness of signatures, seals, and stamps on official documents. Attestation certifies that a document has been properly authenticated and is valid for use in legal, business, and governmental proceedings in Liberia.

How to Submit Documents

Documents may be submitted in person at the Embassy during working hours, or sent by registered mail. Please include a prepaid, self-addressed return envelope if submitting by mail.
