His career spans Liberia’s social-development and political movements, executive roles in U.S. finance and consulting, and chairmanship of the National Oil Company of Liberia.

As Ambassador to Japan, he advances Liberia’s bilateral relations through economic diplomacy, strategic trade and investment, and educational and cultural partnerships across the Asia-Pacific region.
